Why taking an in person course is better.
While online learning is convenient, there also may be distractions unfortunately. A typical classroom may be designed to have minimal distractions, and students know that a classroom is a place to learn. However, students that may learn online in their bedroom may feel inclined to turn on the TV or lay in bed. These can become distractions and limit productivity and learning.Although online learning is known to accommodate individualized pacing, one of its detriments is that students are more likely to procrastinate. Students must already have time management skills, the self discipline and motivation to work on assignments at a comfortable pace. However, those that do not have those characteristics tend to procrastinate. This has become a very common issue and may lead to students getting behind and eventually not completing the online course work.

Completion Percentage
Only 35% of people who sign up for Computer based training actually complete the course. Dedicating the time to complete computer-based training is sometimes difficult and often these courses take a back seat to other things that happen to most people on a daily basis. Without the commitment of attending a class, a high percentage of people give up.
Study Time
This course work requires a lot of memorization and learning. Without dedicating time to read the material and study the coursework, success is difficult and unlikely. Using distance learning/computer based training adds another roadblock to success in passing the course as covering the material adds another time requirement in addition to the required study time. Whether you take an in person course or a distance learning/computer based course, you will have to dedicate a minimum of 4 hours per day during the course to master the material.
In Person Training
When attending a classroom-based training session, there are usually fewer distractions than there would be if you were listening online or watching a computer based training session. Attending face-to-face training provides an environment that promotes better focus on the learning content. Feedback and Clarification. One advantage of in-person classes is the ability to receive feedback and clarification from instructors on the course content. Instructors are able to reinforce learning by teaching students with real world experiences and tools to enhance retention.

In person classes provide the structure and promote the best environment for students to learn.
